Once your order has been confirmed, preparation and shipping begin automatically. For this reason, orders cannot be cancelled after confirmation.


However, if you are not satisfied with your order, you may simply return it. You have 30 days from receiptto request a full refund.

Responsibility for Uncollected Parcels

 


If your parcel is not delivered due to your absence and is held at the post office for collection, it is your responsibility to pick it up in time.


If the package is returned to us because it was not collected, a refund is not possible. We can, however, arrange reshipping at your expense. For more details, please contact us atinfo@marlicapetown.com.


If you do not wish reshipment, you must provide proof that the delivery obligations were not fulfilled on our part.
