At Marli, we strive to offer you the best shopping experience. However, we understand that sometimes a product may not meet your expectations and you may wish to request a return or exchange.
RIGHT TO RETURN OR EXCHANGE
You have 30 days from receiving your orderto request a return or exchange.
After this period, unfortunately, we cannot accept any requests.

Once we receive your request, our customer service team will forward it to the relevant department for review and inform you about the next steps.
CONDITIONS FOR RETURN OR EXCHANGE
To be eligible for a return or exchange:

The product must be in its original condition

The product must not have been worn or washed
-
The product must be in its original packaging with all tags attached
We reserve the right to refuse a return if the above conditions are not met.
CASES WHERE RETURNS OR REFUNDS ARE NOT ACCEPTED
Returns or refunds are not accepted in the following cases:

Customer chose the wrong size despite the availability of a size guide

The product was damaged by the customer after delivery

The courier could not deliver due to incorrect or incomplete recipient details

The courier marked the parcel as “delivered” but the customer claims not to have received it (in such cases, Marli is not responsible)

Defects were not reported within 24 hours of receipt (with photo evidence)

Customer fails to reply within 72 hours to our response

Customer does not provide photographic evidence of a defect or issue
IMPORTANT NOTES
We provide detailed descriptions, specifications, and photos for all products. Still, please note:

Color shades may vary slightly depending on screen settings. This is not considered a defect and is not a valid reason for return.

Subjective expectations about color, texture, material, or appearance are not valid reasons for return. That is why the size guide and descriptions are provided.

EXCHANGE POLICY
If the product you received does not fit, you may exchange it for another size or product (if available).

The return must be initiated within 14 days of receipt

The product must be unworn, unused, and in its original packaging

Please contact us before shipping back to receive return instructions and address

Once received and inspected, we will proceed with the exchange
Note:Size exchanges are only accepted if you consulted the size chart before purchasing.
REFUND POLICY
If you request a refund:

Return the product and provide a valid tracking numberfor confirmation of delivery to our warehouse

Return shipping costs are not covered by us. We recommend a cost-effective service with tracking

Refunds are processed within 14 days of receiptat our warehouse in Asia

The amount will be refunded via the original payment method unless agreed otherwise
FAULTY OR INCORRECT PRODUCTS
If you receive a defective product, a missing component, or the wrong product (size, color, model), we offer a free replacement.
Refunds are not provided in such cases, but we will ship the correct product at no extra cost.
DISPUTES & CHARGEBACKS
If you are considering filing a dispute or chargeback through your payment provider, please contact us first.
This gives us the opportunity to resolve the issue quickly and directly.
If the matter is not resolved to your satisfaction, you may then proceed with an official request.
